Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Advance Booking Required
- All bookings subject to availability
- Group bookings will only be confirmed on payment of a deposit (£10 per player), which will be adjusted against the final payment
- Full payment of group bookings is required no later than one week prior to the booking
- Group bookings may be cancelled up to one week in advance
- Cancellation of a group booking between one week and 48 hours prior to the booking will be required to pay 50% of the total amount due
- Cancellation of group bookings less than 48 hours prior to the booking will be required to pay 100% of the total amount due
- Our caterers have their own cancellation policy
- We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances and each group booking will be treated on its individual merit
